Shipping & Returns Policy

We are offering world wide delivery of our products.

02.

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.

03.

Please note that the residential shipments in the USA and many other countries are delivered on NSR (No Signature Required) basis. The courier person drops the parcel at the given address and it is considered as Delivered only. We strongly suggest keep a track of the shipments using the tracking details shared after an order is Shipped.

04.

We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.

05.

Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

06.

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.

VAT & Custom Duties

01.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

02.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

03.

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

04.

We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

Returns Policy

01.

Return of Stitched Products: Please note that We do NOT accept any returns for stitched clothing . This also includes the Ready-made Garments and Products ordered with Customized Stitching.

02.

Return of Unstitched Products: In case if you do not like the product which you received from YourDesignerWear.com, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days of delivery.

03.

Customer will get refund back on his / her credit / debit card. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on card once we issue refund from our side.

04.

If the customer wants to return the product how, then the customer is responsible to ship that product to our warehouse in India.

05.

We will not pay any shipping back charges to the customer.

06.

Kindly note that Exchange, return, or refund can not be done for custom-stitched or readymade products.

    Refund Policy

    01.

    At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

    02.

    Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.

    03.

    In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back at our office.

    04.

    In case you cancel your prepaid order 24 hours before it is shipped, Your refund will be issued within 7 working days of the cancellation order.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you change your mind about purchasing a product, Netri enterprise allows you to cancel your order.

    Kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours from our website account.
